Due to the Coronavirus situation, we have changed our site rules for the 2021 season.

Below is a brief outline of the changes that we are making so that we are adhering to all

Government guidelines and making our customers feel safe during the Coronavirus situation.

All other site rules still apply.

Please note the rules are subject to change at any time.

NHS Test & Trace - all over 16's must scan the QR code or provide contact details on arrival.

These records will be passed onto NHS Test & Trace if requested and will only be kept for

21 days and then disposed of securely.

Booking

Pitches

All of our pitches are at least 11 metres apart.
We only allow units up to 5 metre width, giving at least 6 metres of ‘private space’ between pitches.
Maximum 1 cars allowed per pitch.

Play area

Children must be supervised on the play area at all times.
Hands must be washed or sanitised before entry and social distancing adhered to.

Toilet and shower blocks

Masks must be worn where possible.
Hand and surface sanitiser will be available.
Cleaning will be completed more often and cleaners will wear PPE.
A limited number of people will be allowed in at one time and social distancing measures will be in place.
We ask that you use your own facilities, where available.

Cars, visitors & group bookings

All car registration numbers must be given when you book. Unregistered cars will not be accepted on site.
We will not be allowing visitors on site on a Friday, Saturday or BH Sunday, to make sure we do not overcrowd areas at busy times.
Contact details must be given on arrival for NHS Test & Trace.
Indoor gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed, unless you are from 2 households.

Please keep to all Government guidelines set at the time.

Please keep to 2 metre social distancing at all times.

If you have any Coronavirus symptoms before coming to the site, please advise us immediately and stay at home.
